The New EZ•Order Demo Videos

EZ•Order, Univar’s online direct order entry system for industry professionals, has just undergone a major upgrade. The look of EZ•Order remains much the same and will be familiar to the hundreds of companies nationwide that depend on it, however, the underlying computer code and hardware have completely changed. The new EZ•Order continues to be fully integrated to Univar’s mainframe computers—there’s no manual transfer of order information—just like the original, but the new system creates a platform that will allow rapid growth of future enhancements and services for Univar customers.

What are the new enhancements?

Overall, the new version of EZ•Order has improved navigation, making it that much more intuitive and easy to use while at the same time delivering new functionality over the old version. Briefly, the new EZ•Order expands the search and browse features of the online catalog. There is a new “mini-cart” that shows your order contents throughout the buying process. Information down at the product detail level has been considerably expanded. The ability to create multiple “Quick Lists” is new along with the graphic check-out guide. Lastly, multi-branch companies desiring purchasing control may be interested in the new order approval capabilities.
